The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (model SM-S938U) has demonstrated strong performance in Geekbench tests, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 on Android 15. The device scored 3069 in the single-core test and 9080 in the multi-core test, indicating significant processing capabilities.
It has an 8-core CPU, with 6-cores running at 2.90GHz and 2 at 4.19GHz. From report we found out that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is capable of handling task like navigation, file compression and object detection. Maybe it’s for 10.54GB memory that is includes in the phone while this latest leak doesn’t really confirm that the performance we can expect.
From the initial scores there will have two versions which is 12GB RAM and 16GB RAM. Samsung S25 Ultra is going to be a beast with One UI 7.1
Further the phone can also have Exynos chipset on Indian variant most likely in the base model S25 and S25 Plus. But the Galaxy S25 Ultra will powered by Snapdragon.
