Samsung’s highly anticipated Galaxy S24 FE and Tab S10 series may be arriving sooner than expected. Recent leaks suggest that the South Korean tech giant is planning to unveil these devices alongside its latest high-end tablets later this month.
A now-private video uploaded by Samsung Vietnam hinted at a possible September 26, 2024 launch for the Galaxy S24 FE and Tab S10 series. The video, which was accidentally posted online, showcased a phone with a sleek metal frame, rounded edges, and triple rear cameras—leading many to believe it was teasing the Galaxy S24 FE.
Pre-registrations for the phone and the tablets have already begun in various markets, including Vietnam and India. The devices are rumored to go on sale the same day as the announcement, providing eager customers with a fast turnaround.
The Galaxy S24 FE is expected to come equipped with impressive hardware, positioning itself as a competitive mid-tier device. Reports suggest it will include:
- Processor: Exynos 2400 chip
- Display: 6.7-inch 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2x screen
- Cameras: 50MP main camera, 12MP ultrawide, 8MP telephoto, and a 10MP front-facing camera for selfies
- Battery: 4,500mAh with 25W fast charging support
- Software: One UI 6.1.1 based on Android 14, up to seven years of updates for software and security.
Alongside the Galaxy S24 FE, Samsung is expected to launch two high-end tablets: the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. Both tablets will reportedly feature MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chips built on a 4nm process, marking Samsung’s first foray into using MediaTek processors in their premium tablets.
Key features of the tablets include:
- Galaxy Tab S10+: 12.4-inch OLED screen
- Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra: 14.6-inch OLED screen
- Displays: Dynamic AMOLED 2x panels with HDR10+ support
- Audio: Quad-speaker setup
- Battery: 45W fast charging support
Both models will run One UI 6.1.1 out of the box and, similar to the Galaxy S24 FE, are expected to receive seven major Android updates.
While the leaked video may have hinted at the September 26 unveiling, it remains to be seen if this is the final date, as the video was quickly taken down. Still, with pre-registrations already underway and growing anticipation, Samsung’s next big product reveal appears to be just around the corner.
