IQOO has collaborated with BOE a leading display manufacturer, to introduce a new 2K screen. On that note, we going to see this display on the upcoming device of iQOO, which is iQOO 13. The development of this screen is under the top-secret “Mount Everest Project,” which aims to invest one billion yuan over three years to develop the best smartphone screens. The iQOO 13 is the first phone to use BOE’s display a major result of this ambitious initiative.
The iQOO 13’s display uses BOE’s Q10 luminous material. Because of it the changes we going to see of the screen, such as brightness, color accuracy, power efficiency, and lifespan. In China’s screen industry the forefront is BOE’s Q10.
BOE’s Q10 particular display is tailored specifically for iQOO. While the Q10 material may be available to other brands, the exact combination of features and customization used in the iQOO 13 is exclusive, ensuring that no other phone will have it, that’s what BOE said.
They also said standout features of the iQOO 13’s display is its focus on eye protection and smooth performance. Also added the screen is designed to be more comfortable for long-term viewing and reduce eye strain.

According to source specification of the iQOO 13 is expected to sport a punch hole 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 2k resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. It will have triple rear camera, a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide, a 64MP telephoto lens with OIS and a 32MP selfie camera. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen4 Chipset. The device has a 6,150mAh battery with support of 100W charging.
Along with the new screen, the iQOO 13 will also appear with Vivo’s new system OriginOS 5 which will happen by the end of October 2024.
