Nowadays mobile software update issue is common. Because any types of updates can cause mobile bug issue or error. Then now after a recent update we got to know some user posted update related issue about Samsung Phones in Reddit and Samsung’s community forums. The users who reported that update issue was using Samsung Galaxy S10 and Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series.
They reported that they are facing bootloop issues. Bootloop is basically like when you restart your phone it got stuck on starting logo and then it got restart automatically. And phone doesn’t turn on in lock screen. It just got looping again and again.
Users across Reddit and Samsung’s community forums reported issues with Galaxy S10 and Note10 series phones getting stuck in a bootloop. This issue seems to be arisen by a SmartThings Framework app update from the Galaxy Store, which was removed out on October 2nd.
Affected devices include the S10e, S10, S10+, S10 5G, Note10, and Note10+. However, users from Samsung M51 and Samsung A90 also facing the same problem. This issue affected users globally in countries like US, Korea and Germany.
How to fix the issue?
So, while everyone asking for a solution, the only confirmed fix solution is a factory reset. Which will cause data lose from the device. And further to get rid of these types of issue many suggest to turn off auto update in the galaxy store. Additionally, there are no confirmed alternative fixes, and Odin cannot solve the issue, leaving a factory reset as the only option for now.
UPDATE:
On 4th October we got to know that Samsung has replace the update with another new update to fix the issue. So, there is no more Samsung phone will get affected. But it will be good for your phone to turn of auto updates. If you want to update version or any types of mobile update, make sure to know that if there is any issue arises for the update.
